Rosy Fynn (Board Chair)
Rosy, alum of SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International College, graduated Cum Laude from Smith College with a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics. She has worked with many Financial Services firms including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. Rosy obtained her MBA from the Harvard Business School after which she worked as a consultant at Booz and Company in New York. Currently, Rosy is the Head of Business Intelligence and Loyalty at Millicom Ghana (Tigo), a multinational telecommunications company with operations in 14 countries worldwide. She also has a strong passion for sports and entertainment, and currently plays on the Ghana national rugby team.


Daniel Osei-Antwi (CEO)
Daniel, alum of SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International School, is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Union College, NY. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, with minors in French and Mathematics. In college, Daniel served as a tutor for the Educational Opportunity Program and the Science and Technology Entry Program, both sponsored by New York State to increase opportunities for economically disadvantaged students. He has an MBA at Harvard Business School (HBS). Prior to HBS, Daniel worked for Nexant, Inc., a premier energy consulting firm in the US. He currently works for Barclays Capital in New York and will soon be joining ManoCap, a private equity fund manager that operates in Sierra Leone, Liberia and Ghana.


Randolph Rodrigues (CFO)
Randolph, alum of SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International School, obtained his BA in Mathematics and Economics from Cornell University. Randolph worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Credit Suisse First Boston as an investment banking analyst. He is an active member of Sponsors For Educational Opportunity ( www.seo-ny.org) and worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Corporate Development group of Microsoft Corporation. Randolph obtained his MBA from the Harvard Business School, and now works as an Investment Banking Associate with Morgan Stanley & Co in Chicago.


Eugene Tawiah (CIO)
Eugene, alum of SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International School, obtained a BS in Computer Science at Morehouse College, Georgia in 3 years. Eugene's expertise lies in global capital markets, working in the technology systems design and data architecture teams of Goldman, Sachs & Co.'s Asset Management Group (GSAM). He is currently a Vice President with the firm and is focused on platforms that support Fixed Income and OTC Derivatives products within GSAM in New York.


Kwasi Danquah (CTO)
Kwasi, alum of SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International School, graduated with a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Vassar College, NY. Kwasi worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking Technology division of JPMorganChase. He is an active member of Sponsors For Educational Opportunity ( www.seo-ny.org) and is currently pursuing a masters degree in Mathematical Finance at New York University. Kwasi worked for Citigroup in New York after his studies, and has moved on now to join an options trading software firm in Amsterdam, Netherlands.


Efe Amoah (COO)
Efe, an alum of Ghana International School (GIS), graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mount Holyoke College. She holds a BA in Financial Economics and Information Technology, a major she self-designed. After graduating a year early from college, Efe worked as a Business Analyst for Hewitt Associates, a global HR outsourcing and consulting firm. She worked as an HR Associate at Lehman Brothers, a global investment bank. Efe's other passion is writing; she is currently working on her first book. She has an MBA from New York University and currently works for Liz Clairborne.


Yasmin Bucknor (Director, Advertising and Public Relations)
Yasmin completed her high school education both at the Lycee Francais Charles de Gaulle in London, and Lincoln Community School in Accra. Yasmin holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Cornell University, and worked as an analyst for Societe Generale, Corporate and Investment Banking, New York. She has an MBA from University of Michigan and is currently working as an Investment Banking Associate with Robert W. Baird & Co.


Richard Korley (Director, Scholarship Program)
Richard, alum of Achimota Secondary School, obtained his BS in Computer Science from Morehouse College in Atlanta. Richard is presently an information technology specialist at Barclays Capital, a global investment bank. He is also founder of Club Ghana ( www.clubgh.com), a social networking website for Ghanaians.


Anna-Lisa Baksmaty (Director, Curriculum Design and Resource Acquisition)
Anna-Lisa graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a BA in Economics. Anna-Lisa co-chaired the Mount Holyoke African and Caribbean Students Association, which raised funds each year for selected causes in these regions. She was an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan Chase in New York. She is currently currently studying at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and will soon be joining ConAgra Foods as an assistant Brand Manager.


Kwabena Amporful (Director)
Kwabena, an alum of SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International School, holds a B.A. in Social Science from Hampshire College, Amherst, Massachusetts. Kwabena has worked in Equity Research at Merrill Lynch, New York, and has previous experience in Actuarial Science. He is an active alum of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity ( www.seo-usa.org) and Management Leaders for Tomorrow (www.ml4t.org). Currently, Kwabena has an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. He currently works for Databank in Ghana.


Joseph Martei (Director, Mentoring)
Joe is an alum of SOS-Hermann Gmeiner International College. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia; he obtained a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science and was Class Salutatorian. Joe was a technology analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. working with the Trade Processing team for the Asset Management Group. He is currently pursuing an MBA The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
